Frankincense essential oil, is steam distilled from the gum resin of the Boswellia serrata tree, a moderate to large sized branching tree of family Burseraceae (Genus Boswellia). This tree grows in dry mountainous regions of India, Northern Africa and Middle East. Oleo gum-resin is tapped from the incision made on the trunk of the tree and is then stored in specially made bamboo basket for removal of oil content and getting the resin solidified. It has been used for thousands of years by native peoples as an incense, medicine, and in cosmetics.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
